BDM( Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Promotion: Visit schools, colleges, and educational fairs to promote the college, deliver presentations, and engage with prospective students and their parents.

Event Planning: Organize and host campus tours, open houses, webinars, and admission events to showcase the campus, programs, and facilities.

Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute social media and email marketing campaigns to engage potential students and drive online leads.

Lead Generation: Collect and manage prospective student data through on-site visits, events, and digital channels, ensuring regular follow-ups with personalized communication.

Conversion Strategies: Implement nurturing strategies to guide students through the application process, including timely follow-ups, relationship management, and reminders for important deadlines.

Partnership Development: Build relationships with school counsellors, educational consultants, and coaching centres to expand the college’s reach.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyse admission trends and feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies and enhance conversion rates.

Admission Process Management: Ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process by collaborating with internal teams, providing regular updates, and addressing any challenges.

Target Monitoring: Track and meet admissions targets while identifying new growth opportunities.

Additional Strategies:

Referral Programs: Create student referral programs to encourage current students and alumni to recommend prospective candidates.

Scholarship Promotions: Promote available scholarships and financial aid options to attract a diverse student body.

Collaborative Workshops: Partner with educational institutions to conduct collaborative workshops, webinars, and career talks to engage potential students.

Continuous Engagement: Maintain contact with students post-application to address concerns, provide guidance, and ensure enrolment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or admissions.

Strong public speaking, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.

Willingness to travel for outreach and events.
