Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commerce Lecturer to join our esteemed faculty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commerce and a genuine commitment to teaching and mentoring students. The role involves preparing and delivering engaging lectures, designing and grading assessments, and providing academic support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lectures on Commerce subjects such as Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, and related topics.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, exams, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students to help them achieve their educational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Commerce and incorporate relevant information into the curriculum.
- Participate in faculty meetings, and professional development activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the academic program.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Commerce or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience at the junior college or higher secondary level is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students in the subject matter.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology.
